Paizo,
Dates are funny things when used in qualifications within ARSperl. The
string format of the date has to be just right for the server to
recognise as a proper date. I find it easier to use some of the Perl
date functions to turn a date string into an integer value (Date::Calc
is our favourite tool, but you can use Time::Local, which is (usually)
built-in). If using integer date values then you obviously don't need
to wrap them in quotes.
