I did a lot of hacking on the spec file to attempt to
get it to work, and I now have it to a (nearly) working
state. The only error I have now actually appears to be
a problem in the Makefile(s).

I attached the arson.spec that I've built up as an
example. Several of the things should be derived from
the configure (vorbis, flac, other configure options)
but this "Works For Me".

I forgot to mention, this was used on a Fedora Core 1
install, hence the --with-qt-dir=/usr/lib/qt-3.1 since for
some reason that wasn't auto-detecting in the configure.

I had a few problems with your spec file but made one or
two minor changes and everything compiles just fine for me.
Doesn't look like I can post attachments to this bug bug
simply ask me if you'd like a copy.
