Developing Arranger

I am developing this project for schools. Periods get devoid of teachers when they are on leave or emergency work etc. Arranging teachers who are not engaged in in that period in place of that empty period is a mind tedious work . Arranger checks for teachers not engaged and set him or her on the empty period. Arranger, further, can store details of teachers and classes.
