#55 Program 0.66.1 won't open on Windows 10 64-bit

Procedure:
1. From SourceForge.net, click "Download" for Archimedes CAD.
2. Open ZIP file "Archimedes-0.66.1.Exporter-win32.win32.x86.zip"
3. Extract to Windows 10 desktop ... or Program Files ... or "Program Files (x86)"
4. Open Archimedes folder.
5. Run Archimedes.exe file.

Result:
Java was started but returned exit code=13

Expected result: Opens Archimedes.

Tried: Tweaking PATH. Reinstalling Java & rebooting. Renaming Archimedes win32 plugins.

If I rename enough win32 plugins, or hardcode my Java path with JAVA_HOME=..., I can get a different error. I've undone all that, though, since I can't get it to run.

Sorry Stephen but the project has been abandoned for quite some time by now and nobody has stepped up to take it over so I don't think you'll be getting much help.
