#12 Add alternative tree view for content tree

It's convinient to choose material to edit from content
tree (but now to edit different articles from different
root branches need a lot of pages to be passed through)
so I suggest to add one more 'inset' to the top panel
named 'tree view' for example.

You need to change module sandbox and add new class like
Explorer or Order. Try!
