[Arpix-devel] Tarlib update - modification time & fifo support

Yet another patch for Tarlib.
I added a new field in fileinfo struct - mtime (modification time).
I also added support for fifo files. As soon as I find out what
contiguous files are, we'll have support for all POSIX file types.
