#5 Install fails due to no db template entry

For version 0.3.1 the default template file name is not
entered at install into the database.

After you register a user for the first time you will
not be able to log in. Please submit the following
query to the database:

INSERT INTO `br_template` VALUES (1, 'am_default');

This bug report will remain open until version 0.3.2
release.
