#130 Wanderer - refresh of a window scroll window up

What a directory window is refreshes (for example due to move or deletion of the file), the scroll position of the window is set to top instead of what it was before refresh. This makes file operations harder. After the refresh, the window scroll (and thus contents) should be at the same position as it was before refresh.
