Let's say I'm watching a movie in full screen (it's own screen) via MPlayer. Or let's assume I'm playing a game in full screen, perhaps something in DOSbox.
Well what ends up happening, not every time but eventually, is that when I drop out of full screen mode and back to the main AROS screen, my mouse will sometimes vanish, and the only way I seem to be able to resolve this is by turning off my machine and booting it back up again.

Two questions:
What video driver are you using?
Is the behaviour the same under VESA driver?

The computer I am using has a supported chip set according to the wiki.

I have an EMachine T6528, with onboard NVIDIA GeForce 6100 Chipset. So I am running the Native NVIDIA graphics, I cant not seem to boot in Vesa mode at all.

What happens when you try to use VESA? Try the GRUB argument VESA=1024x768
