#524 Drawer settings ignored when opening new drawer in existing window

When a new drawer is shown in an existing window, the drawer data is not updated. For example, if the original drawer viewed in a window is set to only show icons, and you then double-click on a drawer that shows all files, the contents of the double-clicked drawer will be show in icon-only mode. Of course, the bug only appears in "Enhanced" mode.

Looking at the code, this bug appears to occur because a drawer's .info file is only read in the IconWindow class's OM_NEW method. A possible solution would be to move the icon-parsing code into a new helper function that is also called when MUIA_IconWindow_Location is changed.
