#385 Pointer can move below bottom of RTG screen

Testing the 2012-02-27 boot ROM with WinUAE. With RTG modes available, run a program that opens a 640x200-pixel screen. You can move the mouse pointer below the bottom of the screen into the blanked area below. I think the pointer movement should be clipped to the visible screen area.
