It works correctly with emu: on hosted and with AFS on native. Only on RAM: it fails (i.e. I could add a directory multiple times).
I don't know about SFS.

The bug also occurs with the CD filesystem.

It's the function SameLock() which returns wrong results for directories e.g. on RAM:.
