The Armpit Scheme (Lisp) interpreter for ARM microcontrollers Version 00.0160 is now available for download.
It supports both ARMv4T and ARMv7M architectures, including ARM7TDMI, ARM920T and Cortex-M3 cores, by using intermixed ARM and Thumb-2 instructions (ARM unified syntax).
Five new boards are supported in this release (bringing the total to 19 boards): SparkFun Logomatic V2.0 (NXP LPC2148), Olimex LPC2478-STK (NXP LPC2478), TinCan Tools Hammer (Samsung S3C2410), Luminary Micros LM3S6965 Evaluation Board (Stellaris LM3S6965) and Luminary Micros Intelligent Display Module IDM-L35 (Stellaris LM3S1958).
The speed of the system has been improved.
Miscellaneous bugs and non-standard behaviors have been corrected.
The project website (http://armpit.sourceforge.net) has been updated to reflect this update and the Documentation presented there now includes an Implementation and a Language page, along with Program Examples, Performance and Conformance pages.
