#1 could not manage to run the program

Hello! I tried to run the program, but i got the following
problem.
armiger.jar: PK^C^D: not found
armiger.jar[2]: \202\211L,: not found
armiger.jar[3]:
----
-----
armiger.jar[15]: syntax error at line 26 : `(' unexpected
I found no documentation available so I just would like
to ask. Am I so new that I don't know how or there is
really a problem with my version? I have ant and j2se
installed in PATH and tried even running jakarta-
tomcat. What would I do? Thank you very much.
