#11 Compile farm build process

We need a build script to build using the compile farm.
It should probably do nightly builds and email any
errors to Wurp, and make it very easy (one command
executed locally from anywhere) to do a release build.
If at all possible, that one command should result in
a release showing up in the project with no further
interaction.

To accomplish this, we should probably add a
releaseNotes.txt file to CVS and put our new features,
bug fixes, and bugs discovered in there. (hmm, the
last two should be possible to do automatically, too,
since the bugs are in the tracker). The release
process should put the release notes with the release
jars and emty out the release file so we can start
fresh for the next release.
