 OK, now you can open any of the existing solution files in MSVC 2010 and try compiling a project. Make sure things work so far.

 For your own project, start a new project with its own solution file in the *project* subfolder. If your name is Klaus, all your project data should be found in *(whateveryour workfolderis)\\projects\\Klaus*. For setting up your build options, please use the provided .props files. This makes your code more portable and you save lots of time. Make sure to add your project folder to the repository for backups and synchronization.

===============

1. Get a sourceforge account.
2. Give me your sourceforge name so that I can add you to the developer list.
3. Get and install Tortoise SVN (if not already installed)
4. Once I added you to the developer team, use *Checkout* in the file explorer context menu to download the current files to a local work folder on your computer. See [SVN Server] for the server address.
5. Locate the Folder *PropertySheets_REFERENCE* in the work folder and make a copy of this folder in the same directory.
6. Rename the copy to *ProperterySheets*
7. Open the file *ProperterySheets\\PathMacros.props* and set the path variables to the paths found on your computer. See also [Environmental Variables] for more information on this step.
