Hi Dan,

I'd like to continue developing j, but I haven't really had as much time as I'd like to do so.  I have made some improvements that are available in the github version, but I haven't found time to make a proper release.  The most visible change I've made is adding vertical splits.  Most other changes are around code cleanup: removing gnu regex, reorganizing modes into separate java packages, using java 5 generics.

Hi Kevin,

Just wondering if there is an effort to continue the development for j?    I haven't seen much activity but definitely would like to see this happen.

Thanks, Dan

Subject: [j-users] SourceForge Project Upgrade

The sourceforge project has been upgraded and the svn URLs have changed as a result.

- Read-only: svn checkout svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/armedbear-j/code/trunk j
- Read-write: svn checkout --username=<login> svn+ssh://<login>@svn.code.sf.net/p/armedbear-j/code/trunk j

FWIW, I've been familiarizing myself with git and github and have continued to make some changes here:

If the experiment goes well, I may move development to github and use SF to host the downloads.
