#69 Winzone/deathzone color

Winzones should be green, deathzones should be red. This doesn't
always work. Sometimes the zone is white, which is odd...

Since this is a tSettingItem, and not an nSettingItem, the client
doesn't know whether or not its a winzone or deathzone, only the
server knows.

    The zone is white whenever the server is not using the last
    version and does not tell you what color to use. The client has
    no way to decide what is correct, so it chooses white.
