#20 segfault in b0_2_7_netcode

I tried to reproduce some of the weird behavior from the
bug videos
http://www.generalconsumption.org/externals/armagetron/
( the wall bend ) in this branch and experienced one
segfault. I was not in the debugger at this time.
( it's me, z-man! can't login currently, kookies are broken )
Violating the one-report-one-bug rule, tight 180s get
ignored in this branch in a network game.

    This bug should be fixed in the trunk, it was caused by the
    topology being called when a wall with already two edges on
    it gets split.
