#6 better compression mode

Supporting a better compressing mode with bigger
sliding dictionary (64k instead of 26k) would be nice.

FYI this mode is available on:

- ARJZ, a Russian ARJ packer, see

(untested)

- the (much enhanced) port of R. Jung's ARJ to the
Atari plateform, where this mode can be used with the
"-m7" option: see
<http://ftp.funet.fi/pub/atari/arcers/arj_997a.zip>: in
the file "ARJ_997A/CHANGES.LOG", look for occurences of
"mode 7" and "mode 8" for a short description;

- perhaps other packers that supports ARJ compression
in addition to their native format (are there any?)

IMHO it should not be too hard to do (if this 26k size
is not hard-coded everwhere in the sources, that is...).
