I've configured ario (1.5) to hide on close (to the systray) and to allow just one running instance. This is in order to raise the hidden ario from the console or from a keyboard shortcut (I do this for sonata with sonata -t). Running ario without parameters raises the hidden instance as expected, but then after I close it the window immediately reappears and I have to close it again to get it hidden to the systray. If you don't consider this a bug please understand the above as a feature request, then. Anyway the described behavior is quirky.
