I find a lot of the time album covers are not found on partial name searches.

e.g

Megadeth
Peace Sells
result : nothing found

Megadeth
Peace
result : nothing found

Megadeth

result : nothing found

It would be good if ario would search all covers for a band (i think it used to , maybe it's the cover service that limits selection now?) without putting in a title.

Also, if the partial search can be made to work properly again it would be great we had an option to remove certain terms in the titles.

e.g

megadeth
rust in peace (remastered)

This returns no results since the term "remastered" is not in the title. It would be great if I could tell ario to ignore terms in brackets or parenthesis [] etc....

Another good feature would be to do a partial search where titles use "...."

Peace Sells ....but who's buying?

A truncation would be enough to successfully find the cover.

It would save tons of manual work searching for covers this way.

    Hi,

I have changed the title of the bug. In fact the problem you are describing is linked to the fact that amazon cover download doesn't work anymore (all requests must now be signed by the application).

There is also a list of words that are escaped for cover searchs. I have added 'remastered' to this list.

Can we have an entry list box for removed words in cover searches? I have manually updated the word list now to suit my own needs but it would be handy not to recompile every time I do this or get a new version of the file.

    is the removal listcase sensitive?

What about the facility to look for a partial search on the first word or two if the cover art isn't found the first time?
