I just installed 0.99-6 on a Redhat 8.0 machine with LAMP.  I added the database according to the instructions, and then ran the initial setup.  Setup went fine without any errors.  On login, I'm now getting:

Fatal error: Failed to initialize session module in /rtty/sgibson/pdxar/aria/authentication/checklogin.php on line 45

Warning: Failed to write session data (user). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in Unknown on line 0

Not sure what I don't have setup correctly?  Any thoughts?  TIA!  I'm trying to evaluage Aria for use at four different organizations I manage.

This seem to be the PHP Session problem and it is not Arias Problem.

Check your php.ini Setting and see if the session setting is correct, I'm very sure that there should not be a problem for arias running in any redhat version Above 9.0 But 8.0 is very near and it should not be a problem.
