#11 "Complete PO to AP" - Freight Charges record double

1) Create a PO with more than 1 item (2 items please)
2) Receive items on PO

Case:
-> Leave "Freight", "Misc" and "Tax" as is, therefore it
will be "0.00".
-> Save invoice

Result:
All "Freight", "Misc" and "Tax" is created in gltransaction
with "0' as the amount.
Expected result:
No record should be created in gltransaction if they
are "0".

Additional problem:
2 entry had been created for each of "Freight", "Misc"
and "Tax".

Expected result: 1 of each should be created if value
had been entered.

I have a fix already and included, let me know this is the
right way to fix it? Thanks.
