#11 Win32 VC Project files patch

This patch contains modified versions of VC Project files for:
comon, libarianneclient, arianneclient, arianneserver,
cppcontroller and testrp.
It solves some stuff with harcoded
paths and uses msvcrtd.dll (multi-threaded debug DLL) version of
this c-runtime.
Also rip off the libraries from the projects and put
on the Link options so the compiler would look in your LIB
directories.
I think that isn't good to have zero warnings but this
patch sets to zero as thay were originally.
PD: i want to help to
this project so tell me when you commit or reject this
patch.
