this must be for achievement

I am not sure if this is the same bug as https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=3164229&group_id=1111&atid=101111 because for the others it could be just that you're checking 'anything which isn't above ground' when you do the below ground ones. but 0 nalwor forest is clearly above ground and I checked the xml, it's level 0

here exterior is null, so no filtering was being done on above or below
ground

I think exterior should be true, for a below ground achievement.
