I'm not sure if dis-bonding items will underline the bonding-feature at all. The items you can get on the wishing well can 1. be sold to NPCs and 2. be dropped by creatures as well. If you get an item on the well, other players will not have a disadvantage out of that because they can get the item on their own, too. Especially quest items shouldn't be dis-bondable because they will totally lose their rarity then.

Having a NPC who bonds items might be something to think about in my point of view, so players can't lose these items when they die. That would especially help if you have expensive items equipped.
