#1038 [Stendhal] Prettier display of tutorial items


We have tutorial events which pop up as purple coloured private texts to the player. These can be a nuisance as they get in the way of play, being in the middle of the screen, and they are not very eye catching.

Instead of using a private text, could we have a bespoke display like for achievements?

    I would suggest that the message appears briefly (but for longer than achievements - try 3 times as long?) at the bottom of the screen. It should have a pictorial background a bit like the achievement scroll. I'd suggest a scroll, paper, or an npc face and a speech bubble, as though they are telepathic and helping you. The font must be readable. If the message is long, then only the first part of the notes should be displayed and the rest goes into some other place to check (see https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3309406&group_id=1111&atid=351111 )
