I was just about to upgrade my current private setup from .60 to the latest and found that Groovy isn't included anymore.  Is there a reason?  I can't find any posts or release notes about it.

Anyone know how I can add Groovy scripting back into a .72 release?  or is it totally dead?

we did not use groovy in stendhal (anymore), so we removed it .

If you were adding features to stendhal with groovy that could be of a general interest ( yes i am nosy) .

maybe we (or you) could port them to java for general use :-)

      kind regards

      PS: patches are always welcome
