I noticed that you can see download statistics by country on SourceForge now. Before you look, where would you guess most of our downloaders come from?
Any surprises? And what do you think about the ethics of them making this data available on a per project basis?

Wow, that map is really cool.
Perhaps we should open a feature request with SF.net for an additional view dividing the number of download by the number of people living in each country. For example we get lots of downloads from north America, but the USA is huge. I guess Stendhal is more famous in Europe. But Europe of course is split into lots of small countries.
It was the US back then, but recently Germany is top with Brazil second, the US have dropped to 3rd. Stats are fun.
P.S. I suggested the per-country idea to SF informally, they were interested in the idea but unlikely to implement it.
