#4665 [Stendhal] cant walk in direction turned by mouse wheel

tigertoes tested and spotted that if you change direction with the mouse wheel then press to move in that direction you do not move.

i did some debugging and saw that User.get().getDirection() is teh same before and after
it happens on linux too.
So I am trying to work out what is different between this and the ctrl movement because both use the same method to change direction but the ctrl one, since it uses a key press, has a lot more around it to do with releasing key presses.

client.addDirection(current.nextDirection(), true);
client.removeDirection(current.nextDirection(), true);
does not work- the char is turned but walking does not work.

neither does
client.addDirection(current.nextDirection(), true);
client.removeDirection(current, true);

    Reopened, as the fix broke the windows client. (bug 3031689)
