This means that your wxWidgets is built without Webview support. I could maybe offer a flag to conditionnally turn of WebView, but since webview is one of the top new features of wx 3.0 (2.9), I think you want to make sure your wx build has it enabled; it is normally enabled by default, you just need to make sure to have gtk-webkit packages installed when configuring/building wxWidgets
