#12 Support Podcast and Torrentcast

I would like to use aria2 to get podcast files via http/https or bitorrent like the following.

aria2c http://example.com/sample/rss.xml
or
aria2c http://example.com/sample/atom.xml

So I would appreciate if you could support podcast or torrentcast.
