Win32 version now support gzip compression

    The latest MinGW version, 1.4.0 now supports gzip compression. I don't know how I missed it before.

    With this release, the MinGW port has built-in support for all the feature options:

    FEATURE_ASYNC_DNS;
    FEATURE_BITTORRENT;
    FEATURE_FIREFOX3_COOKIE
    FEATURE_GZIP;
    FEATURE_HTTPS;
    FEATURE_MESSAGE_DIGEST;
    FEATURE_METALINK;

    Also, I did some minor copy editing at

      thanks Ross, I didn't notice the absence of gzip...it's always nice to be able to use aria2 on other platforms, thanks for keeping it updated!
