#137 View expand/collapse should be optional

In version 0.5.55 if you click on [-] or [+] the graphical view hides or shows the appropriate elements. On a larger map it produces huge gaps that just look wrong.
There should be an option to ignore the state of the Tree View when drawing the Graphical View i.e. turn the annoying feature off.
