Started work on documentation emmitter. Will be able to auto generatemanpage style from descriptions and option properties. It should be possible to auto generate other types of documentation formats, but initially deploying manpage style only which is applicable for display from user applications at runtime to display help and for actually creating manpage externally savable documents.

Something in style of 'ls' command comes out: http://man7.org/linux/man-pages/man1/ls.1.html
