Ive just been made aware that there was an error in my (readme.txt) pinouts.
I originally had the Serial-In of the Shitf registers going to Arduino P12 (MISO)..
It should have read P11 (MOSI) (see *) below..

| P4 P6 P8 P11* GND |
| P5 P7 P9 P13 GND |
