I just built this project and for some reason im getting 100% on channel 2. if i reset the controller it will go to zero for about 5 seconds and goes right back to 100%. channel 1 and 3 are fine. I checked the input temp on the channel 2 sensor and its fine. If i open the software. its shows all the proper temp on the probs. and it also shows channel 2 at 100%. I cannot force channel 2 off.

I will need to know
1. firmware version
2. Windows application version
3. The logfile - from connection to controller and to after clicking manual update
4. Also, use the menu option Write Settings to file and post that here also
I would check that the toggle switch for 100% over-ride for channel 2 is correct.
A simple check would be to swap the ch1/ch2 override switches and see if the problem moves to ch1.
Another test would be remove the ch2 override switch and see if the problem disappears.
If the problem remains I would look at the underside of the PCB near the ch2 override connector to see if there is a solder bridge between contacts on the underside of the PCB

Robert

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
Old firmware I do not support, only the latest which is 333
You also designed your own board. Nothing wrong with that at all. But you want my help debugging your board, which I think is a bit much. So my initial response was a waste of time because I did not have all the facts to start with, so I was pretty much working blind. I appreciate it when people are upfront about things first, proving me as much help to identify the cause of their issues. You then provided me with the PCB layout but did not provide the schematic, which I invested time in to decode and make sense of from the pcb.
I can assure you the problem is NOT the firmware or the windows app. It is your design, from what I have gleaned from decoding your pcb layout, this I am certain of from my decoding of your board. There are some things you forgot to do in simplfying the controller.

First of all its your schematic. why would i provide you something you created.
I didnt change anything. just moved the componets around. Im not trying to take credit for your work. I just changed the layout to fit in my small area. thats why im not using buttons and such.
I really didnt expect this response and im kind of shocked actually.
Ill figure it out on my own moving forward. thanks anyway.

Anyone have any Ideas?
Tony,
Did you check if there is a short/solder bridge closing the manual override
switch circuit? You should be able to trace it out on the circuit diagram.

please see attached Board Schematic
Here is my problem(s) Tony,
