I'm curious if anyone has used the dew controller to regulate TEC cooling on their DSLR camera. I'd like to do a "cold finger" type of mod to my DSLR and control the power to stay just above dew point and hopefully eliminate the posibilty of fogging up the sensor.

You will need to ensure that the Ampere requirement of the TEC is less than the rating for the Dew Controller, else that much current will do damage to the controller. Most TEC devices I have worked with required significant amperes to work..
You would probably want to run the TEC in HEAT mode rather than cool mode? I have found that TEC devices do not give the granular control that might be desired. However, only one way to find out.

You will need to ensure that the Ampere requirement of the TEC is less than the rating for the Dew Controller, else that much current will do damage to the controller. Most TEC devices I have worked with required significant amperes to work..
