What's the purpose of this schematic? There seems to be some redundance with the full layout but there's also some stuff that's not on the full version, like the slp-rst-5v connection. What can I safely ignore and what should I be careful about?
On the subject of the schematic, which should I believe: the cad schematic or the board layout? LCD and MS pin aren't on the same pin.
Also, what's with the red wire that connect the input and the output of the voltage regulator on the sub-board layout?

    Hi Arnaud
You will need to be a little more specific about what schematic you are referring to as there are a lot on this site. A link is very helpful. slp?
What you want to build when looking at a focuser is sometimes difficult. We offer the full version, but be aware that a full version does not mean you have to build all options.
The cad schematic is often for a specific build such as the DRV8825-HW203 option whereas the stripboard versions are for all sorts of different ones.

Please tell me what you want to build - do you want a small BY type motor or a NEMA17 and then we can discuss options. Do u want an LCD? Do you want a temperature probe? Do u want push buttons. Then I can give you examples of what circuit, what schematic, parts list etc.

    Regards
    Robert

I'm talking about this pdf file, that contain the same schematic than this folder.
More specifically, the sub-board one, the full schematic and the full layout

    Hi Amaud
The sub-board is no longer required. I have uploaded new pdf. Sorry for the error.
    Regards
    Robert
