Hi, I have a myfocuser running on windows 10. But when i try to install it on windows 7 I fail.
I can run it on myFocuserPro2 software. But I can't connect Backyard Eos and SGP. I think there may be a problem with Ascom.
What do you think? How can we solve it? Thankyou very much.

I can help but my help is limited without knowing more.
You need to enable TRACE on the ascom setup dialog form for the myfocuserpro.
Then you can try to connect
A log file will be stored in mydocuments/ascom/logs which you need to send to me.
It helps to know what firmware file you are using, what OS, what ASCOM version you have installed, what ascom driver for myfocuser you are using etc. The more info the more I can help.
I make the assumption that you are using the latest firmware file [unchanged]. If this is not the case you nedd to speficy the version and what changes you made.
Can you confirm that the windows app works fine with focuser? A log file from that would also be useful.
