The copyright for all these projects specifically states that
"The schematic, code and ideas are released into the public domain. Users are free to implement these but may NOT sell projects based on this project for commercial gain without express written permission granted from the author. Schematics, Code, Firmware, Ideas, Software Applications (Windows and ASCOM drivers), Layout are protected by Copyright Law.

Code or portions of code may not be copied or used without appropriate credit given to author."

What this means is that you cannot offer kitsets for sale, PCB's for sale, or completed focusers for sale WITHOUT getting express written permission from me, the author.

I have been pretty generous and do not make any money out of all of these endeavours. I expect others to respect that and adhere to the same principles. If I don't make money from this it is not acceptable for others to exploit this.

So when I see people designing PCB's and others kitsets and then offering them for sale, this is unacceptable. I am not talking about to your mates, I am talking about offering them to the public.

To those who are doing this, fair warning starts now. Cease and desist orders have been forward to the web sites involved. Legal action will follow if there is no removal of offending material.
