Hello , when i am calculating my CFZ which is f6.9 and i have a .8 flattner /reducer do i need to add the reducer into my calculation ? or stick with the f6.9 ?

That depends on whether or not it is connected most of the time.
I would recommend going with the lower f ratio because if you set up for that then it can still do a good job when operating at the higher f-ratio
