Hello I am working on putting together the DRV8825HW203 M-MT-F-BT and I am stuck with the 10A10 diode, I cannot see this on the schematics at all does it have another name by chance ? i cannot seem to figure out where it fits in. on the PDF it states " A 10A10 diode rated at 10A provides reverse voltage protection on the external power supply rail." . is it possibly not required for the DRV8825HW203 M-MT-F-BT ?
Thanks
Tim

I guess the pdf is out of date for that part.
These are from the parts list, the board schematic and the parts layout
The 10A diode was huge and overkill, it was replaced with 1N5408 3A
On page 49 of PDF, in small print I had added
Early designs used a 10A10 diode, which has been replaced with a 1N5408 diode.
With the large amount of info and changes over time, I do my best to try and keep up with changes, my aplogies, I will correct the PDf.
Thanks this was very helpful because it appears i am building the wrong Rev i thought the one i chose was the latest one but i was wrong i wonder now how much difference it will make and what kind of problems it will cause, maybe i should start over with the newest Rev below pics show which REV i am using
