#8 Raster Value Type Convertion

Sometimes the value type of raster layer matters in the modeling. For Matlab, matrix operation may not be correct if the input matrices have different value types. Therefore, for some reasons, we want the value type of raster layers keeps consistent. And this feature enables the value type conversion of raster layer.
