I'm trying to test your tool and I've followed all your instructions, but when I try to download the JPEG for SPSRCV8, I can only get this:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /~archc/files/benchmarks/bin/sparcv8/mibench/consumer/jpeg-sparcv8.tgz on this server.
