#2 when ArchC finished, there are not accsim and acsim

Hi,
I download ArchC 2.0 from link ArchC acsim 2.0 on download page. And flow the install way in the the ArchC language manual v2.0 to finish ArchC 2.0 install.Then in outdir, there are only 3 folder:bin, etc and share.In bin, only acbingen.sh and bmdsfg 2 files, no accsim etc.
