#24 (2.0beta3 acsim) dependence on sizeof(int)

I built ArchC 2.0 beta3 on Cygwin. To test the installation, I attempted to build a simulator from the sparcv8-v0.7.7-archc2.0beta3 model. The compile failed on trying to cast an ac_word to a uint32.

ac_word is unsigned int while unit32 is long on this architecture.

I changed acsim.c to use the size-specific types from stdint.h. I am attaching a diff of this file showing the changes I made. With these changes the simulator built and runs.
