There are properties in the build.xml file that need to be set for the =
j2ee and junit installs.  These you have to install on your own and =
point the build to them.  I believe you cannot re-distribute the j2skdee =
jar files.  For Junit this is done so that you only have the junit jar =
files in one place.

files in the root directory, namely those files to build another =
release.

  My intention with the 0.9.x releases was that the full source =
distribution contained everything you needed to completely rebuild each =
of the distributions (src, bin, doc).
