I run arcem on a 1024x768 X display. My window manager
is icewm. I started arcem with RISC OS 3.11 and the
supplied extension ROMs, including the one for extra
modes. When the desktop appears go to the palette icon
and switch to mode 102 (1024x768 16 colours). When you
do this the window resizes and RISC OS's display
changes but the Archimedes mouse pointer is drawn in
slightly the wrong place. It is a few pixels to the
right of the real place it's clicking, as can be seen
by dragging some rectangles on the RISC OS desktop
background. The 'hot spot' of the mouse pointer is now
a bit to the left of where the pointer is displayed,
and the displayed pointer can't be moved fully over to
the left of the RISC OS desktop. This bug seems to
correct itself after a bit of clicking and dragging
around and hitting keypad-plus a few times.
(CVS version as of 13th October 2006. Let me know if
you can reproduce this.)

Hmm, this could even be a RISC OS bug, since while the
Pinboard has the pointer hot spot in the wrong place, other
apps don't.
